Acceptance

By creating an account or using the SignalPoint Systems platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the platform on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignalPoint to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to transmit illegal content, to attempt to circumvent platform security, or to interfere with the operation of the service for other customers.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for prepaid time are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

SignalPoint targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We’ll communicate material outages and maintenance windows via in-app notifications to workspace owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPoint’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
