Information we collect
When you use SignalPoint Systems we collect information you provide directly (account name, business details, contact methods), data from your service workflows (bookings, invoices, messages), and operational telemetry needed to run the platform (request logs, error traces, audit events).
How we use it
We use this information to operate your workspace, route messages and payments, generate the reports you ask for, and to detect abuse or fraud. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Subprocessors
SignalPoint relies on a small number of vendors to deliver the platform: Supabase (database + auth), Cloudflare (DNS + edge), Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS / voice), Resend (email), and a small number of LLM providers for the AI surfaces.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@signalpointmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
